How long before Eurostar should you arrive?

If you’re travelling in Standard or Standard Premier, please arrive at the station 45-60 minutes before departure. Eurostar ticket checks will close 30 minutes before departure. If you’re travelling in Business Premier, ticket checks will close 20 minutes before departure.

Is there a pick up point at St Pancras station? The pickup/set down point is on Pancras Rd. Parking is limited to two minutes. Pancras Rd is one-way and can only be accessed from Euston Rd.

Why do you have to open windows on Eurotunnel? A member of staff will place chocks against the wheels to aid immobilisation. Open all doors, windows, air vents and skylights. This will allow all announcements to be heard and the automatic fire extinguishing system will be effective in case of fire on board your coach.

Can you take food through Eurotunnel?

When planning what to bring on a long car ride, don’t forget about feeding yourself, your passengers, and pets. Travelling with Eurotunnel Le Shuttle means you can have snacks in the car with you, but please be aware of what you can and cannot bring now that the UK is not part of the European Union rules apply.

What can you not bring on a train?

The following items are prohibited onboard the train: non-service animals, firearms and ammunition, hover boards, corrosive or dangerous chemicals and materials, incendiaries, martial arts and self-defense items, archery equipment, devices containing propellants, sharp objects, and similar items.
